Only once a complete booking form and a non-refundable deposit of 20% of tour price is received by 'Jujube' will confirmation be sent back to the client.The non-refundable 20% deposit which is inclusive of the total fare is required when submitting the completed booking form. The total amount of the tour must be received by 'Jujube' no less than six weeks before the departure date of the tour.

Cancellations

'Jujube' will refund a percentage of the booking fees apon reciept of a written cancellation.

Cancellation fees:

100% of fare0-7 days

50% of fare8-21 days

Deposit only22-42 days

In the event of 'Jujube' canceling a tour all monies will be refunded. The 'CLIENT' will not hold 'Jujube' responsible for damages caused by accommodation or facilities becoming unavailable on tour. In this regard no refunds will be made what so ever.

Travel documents and insurance

All travel documents, passports, Visas and other relevant certificates must be valid. 'Jujube' suggests that all clients should have travel and medical insurance. The 'CLIENT' is aware of his/her responsibility to arrange and organize all of his/her travel and insurance documents.

Luggage

One bag of no more than 12 kilograms and a day bag is allowed per person. 'Jujube' has the right to refuse excess baggage.

Health

The 'CLIENT' must be aware of a certain level of physical fitness on the tour and acknowledges that he/she is medically fit and capable of participating in the tour.

Hereinafter referred to as 'Jujube'. And any person signing a booking form shall be referred to as 'the CLIENT'.

The CLIENT (and or the CLIENT's parent/s or lawful guardian/s) acknowledges that he/she is undertaking the adventure tour entirely at his/her own risk. The CLIENT (and or the CLIENT's parent/s or lawful guardian/s)  acknowledges that he/she is aware that circumstances on an adventure tour may and can change adversely due to weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, ill health of clients and tour guides, and or loss or damage to property.

The CLIENT hereby indemnifies and holds JUJUBE (or any of its employees and or agents) harmless against, and JUJUBE (or any of its employees and or agents) shall not be liable for, any loss or damage of whatsoever nature which the CLIENT (and or the CLIENT's estate and or the CLIENT's parent/s or lawful guardian/s and or the CLIENT's successor's in title) may sustain, including but not limited to any damage to property of, financial loss to, injury to, and or death of the CLIENT (and or the CLIENT's estate and or the CLIENT's parent/s or lawful guardian/s and or the CLIENT's successor's in title) arising out of or in connection with or as a result of any negligence of any degree on the part of JUJUBE (or any of its employees and or agents).

Notwithstanding anything that is stated or contained herein, the CLIENT (and or the CLIENT's parent/s or lawful guardian/s) acknowledges that JUJUBE will make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety and comfort of the CLIENT.
